PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce soiling of printing paper with excessive printing by having corrugated toner stuck to the printing paper without reducing the amount of oil coated to a heat roll cleaning roll by breaking up the toner to a level where it no longer poses any problem to printing quality. SOLUTION: In the device, a blade is provided more forward than an oil coating opening in the direction of rotation of the heat roll cleaning roll when a contact point of the heat roll and the heat roll cleaning roll is made to be a base point of the toner that is cleaned by a heat roll cleaning roll and corrugated by heat of the heat roll.
