PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve processing accuracy and to prevent deterioration of image quality. SOLUTION: The large-sized screen 2 is formed by sticking and connecting four screens 1a to 1d with an adhesive. A buffer material 6 is inserted into the respective surfaces 3a-3d to be stuck with an adhesive on and a solvent type adhesive 7 is permeated into the surfaces 3a-3d with a tool such as an injection needle by utilizing a capillary action. The surfaces 3a-3d on the buffer material 6 are pressed and bonded to each other by pressure applied externally thereto. The buffer material 6 comprises a member which is melt or softened with the solvent type adhesive 7. When the adhesive 7 is applied to the buffer material 6, the shape of the buffer material 6 is deformed (compressed) and hence gaps are not generated in the surfaces 3a-3d. So that adhesive strength of the surfaces 3a-3d is capable of being maintained.
