PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diffuse liquid fuel discharged in a diffusion chamber, in a portable liquid fuel burner. SOLUTION: The portable liquid fuel burner is provided with a burner body 1a; and a gasifying means 2 for gasifying liquid fuel, the burner body 1a is provided with the diffusion chamber 7, and fuel discharge pipe 8a, through which gasified fuel gasified by the gasifying means 2, is discharged to the diffusion chamber 7; and a fuel discharge outlet 11a of the fuel discharge pipe 8a is situated opposed to a side 9 of the diffusion chamber 7, gasified fuel discharged through the fuel discharge port 11a is made to collide with the side 9 of the diffusion chamber 7 for diffusion.
