PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staple formed of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Bound documents are not contaminated by rust as in conventional devices since this staple will not rust. By coloring resin material, its application range is enlarged, as it can be easily colored. In addition, the part of this staple need not be separated in incineration of the documents as they are bound. Incineration is thus facilitated.
