PURPOSE: A method for providing an ISMS(Interactive Short Message Service) using abbreviated keys is provided to easily access an ISMS by simply inputting abbreviated keys using the storage function of an ARS(Automatic Response System). CONSTITUTION: A mobile system for providing an ISMS is composed of an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(20), an ISMS server(40), an SMSC(Short Message Service Center)(50), and a portable terminal(10). The MSC(20) provides mobile communication services. The ISMS server(40) provides the ISMS. The SMSC(50) concentrates, manages, and processes the ISMS output from the ISMS server(40). In addition, the mobile system includes an ARS(30). The ARS(30) outputs a CTN(Caller Telephone Number) from the MSC(20) after storing it. |
