PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely enhance the efficiency of a knowledge integrated type organization. SOLUTION: An office space is partitioned in matrix to a plurality of areas, and each area forms a plurality of lateral lines LHO, LHU, LHM along one direction to form a functional line in which areas having a common function are collected every lateral line LHO, LHU, LHM. Each area also forms a plurality of vertical lines LVL, LVR, and LVM along the direction orthogonal to the one direction to form a function line in which areas having a common function are collected every vertical line LVL, LVR, LVM. A number of areas characterized by the two functions of the vertical lines VLV, LVR, and LVM and the lateral lines LHO, LHU, and LHM are formed in the office space.
