<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link a mechanical operating member with a latch member through the operation of a mechanical encryption member. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a lift lever 4 linked with a latch mechanism 3, an inside lever 83 linked with a mechanical operating member 15, an open link 81 provided between the lift lever 4 and the inside lever 83 and linked with the mechanical operating member 15 and a mechanical checking operation member 14 while being movable for engaging the lift lever 4 and also being rotatable for detachably linking with the inside lever 83, and guide mechanisms 53b, 53c and 81f for movably and rotatably guiding the open link 81.</p> |
