An electrode unit (32) configuring a resistance welding device (10) is provided with a first chassis section (52) and a second chassis section (54).  A plurality of stepped hole sections (56) are formed in the first chassis section (52), and an electrode pin (58) is slidably provided in each stepped hole section (56).  On the head section (58b) of the electrode pin (58), a resin ball (60) configuring a welding pressure adjusting mechanism is disposed.  In the second chassis section (54), a screw hole (62) is formed coaxially with each stepped hole section (56), and a setscrew (64) configuring an extrusion output adjusting mechanism for adjusting an extrusion output of the electrode pin (58) is screwed into each screw hole (62).
