摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of a cement-based lightweight mortar product which is a lightweight mortar material using lightweight fine aggregate as a component and has high specific strength, shows substantially no reduction in strength over a long period and is excellent in durability. SOLUTION: This production process comprises forming a formed body containing 100 pts.wt. of the total of cement and an inorganic powder mixed into the cement if necessary, 5-150 pts.wt. of lightweight fine aggregate and 2-20 pts.wt. of an organic polymer based carbonation accelerator (such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer based emulsion) and then, subjecting the formed body to accelerated carbonation curing, wherein preferably,: the accelerated carbonation curing is started within the period between the point of time at which hydration of the formed body is initiated and the point of time at which hydration age of the formed body reaches 10 days; prior to the accelerated carbonation curing, pre-curing by water curing or moist-air curing is performed; as the lightweight fine aggregate, aggregate having 0.1-1.2 mm grain size and specific gravity of 0.1-0.9 is used; and further, the total belite content of the cement and the inorganic powder mixed into the cement if necessary, is >=5 wt.%.
