PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of environmental pollution and preparation of a landfill site for burning disposal of waste FRP and to recycle and effectively use waste thermosetting plastic such as waste FRP. SOLUTION: A crushed thermosetting resin molding material A and a thermosetting resin B are mixed together at the following mixing ratio; A:B=50-95:50-5 (weight ratio). The floor material or the pavement material is formed when this mixture is molded into a block/plate shape by a pressing molding method.
