PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition, particularly a resin composition for metal-coating, capable of easily roll-coated on a base material, even if it is subjected to a severe mold-working condition after roll-coating, to provide a metallic sheet with a primer layer having the same composition as the primer layer, good in ink-transfer property and ink adhesion, and provide a production method for a liquid-pressure transfer molding-product using the same metallic sheet. SOLUTION: The resin composition is composed of an aqueous resin composition and a polyester based olygomer (X) shown by general formula (1), that are dispersed in a solvent. The above aqueous resin composition is composed of a microgel material (G) having a three-dimensional anastomosis that is obtained by esterification an epoxy resin (A), and a vinyl polymer (C), having a carboxylic group, that is obtained by copolymerization a vinyl monomer (c1) having the carboxylic acid and at least one monomer (c2) selected from a group composed of anα,β-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid, a hydroxyalkyl ester, a N-hidroxyalkylamido and a N-alkoxyalkylamido, and an aromatic vinyl monomer (c3). |
