PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning mechanism and a method for controlling the same. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning mechanism comprises a plurality of mechanical outdoor units (e.g. a gas heat pumps 12, 14), a plurality of the indoor units (22, 24, 26, and 28), a remote control unit (20) provided at the indoor side, a communication means (34) to a maintenance special purpose organization (40), and a control means (30). The control means (30) displays that the outdoor unit is necessary to have oil changed, when the outdoor unit has reached the time for changing oil or to automatically inform the maintenance expert agent of the fact (40).
