PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum breaker in a warm water washing toilet seat ensuring bodily movement by improving the movement of a valve element. SOLUTION: In a sanitary washing device, a heat exchanger 4 is provided on the downstream of a valve unit V, and a nozzle device 5 for washing private parts is connected to the downstream of the heat exchanger 4. The valve unit V is provided with the vacuum breaker R. The vacuum breaker R is provided with a chamber 21e communicating with an internal passage of the valve unit V, an open pipe 32 connected communicating with the chamber 21e and opened to outside air, and a float type valve element 31 arranged in the chamber 21e. The valve element 31 is provided with a cutout part 31d at a large diameter part 31a of the lower bottom while forming the peripheral surface in inclined shape. The valve element 31 is enclosed in the chamber 21e, with the large diameter part 31a facing the open pipe 32 side and with a small diameter part 31b of the upper bottom facing the internal passage, and air can be sucked from a space between the cutout part 31d provided at the valve element 31 and the inner peripheral wall of the chamber 21e.
