PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing structure of a rotation axis capable of reducing length dimensions of the rotation axis by restraining cost. SOLUTION: The bearing structure of the rotation axis 2 is mainly constituted of a bearing block 6 to insert an end part 31 of a shaft main body 3 through it and a cross roller bearing 7 to support a bearing part 4 free to rotate. The bearing block 6 is fixed on a guide rail 11 with a bolt 13, and a side surface 62 is formed on a mounting standard surface with a stepped part 8 in a state of inserting the end part 31 through it. The cross roller bearing 7 comes in contact with the stepped part 8 and the side surface 62 and installed on the bearing part 4 and is furnished with an inner ring 72, an outer ring 73 arranged on the outside of the inner ring 72 through a plural number of rollers 71, and a sealant 74 to seal a space between the inner ring 72 and the outer ring 73. The inner ring 72 is held with a nut 51 screwed on a screw part 5 and the stepped part 8. The outer ring 73 is fixed with a bolt 14 on the side surface 62 at a position separated from a separation preventive screw as left and right outer rings 73a, 73b are fixed with the separation preventive screw.
