PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock adapted to store normal unlocking operation using a key and issue an alarm to an unfair unlocking to prevent picking, which is required to be reduced to a compact size and manage ordinary entering and leaving of a person. SOLUTION: This lock 1 is formed by an outer cylinder 2 and an inner cylinder 3 rotatably contained in the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder is provided with a detecting means 4 for detecting the movement of a tumbler in the inner cylinder by the key or the others than the key.
