PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the using efficiency of the whole parking lot and to moderate the unfair feeling of parking lot users. SOLUTION: In this mechanical three-dimensional parking device having a first parking section for storing a first vehicle and a second parking section for storing a second vehicle not fitted to the first parking section which are mixed in the same parking lot, the first vehicle in the second parking section is moved (rearranged), when the first parking section is emptied, to the emptied first parking section, so that the second vehicle can be parked in the second parking section, whereby the using efficiency of the mechanical three-dimensional parking lot having mixed parking sections is enhanced.
