PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a repair coating material composition which contains a luster pigment, makes a black stain inconspicuous when seeing through the coating and gives a repair coating film with good appearance. SOLUTION: The repair coating material composition is obtained by adding a scumbling agent containing particles (A) having a means particle diameter of above 5μm and 30μm or smaller, comprising e.g. polycarbonate resin particles, and particles (B) having a mean particle diameter of 5μm or smaller, comprising e.g. an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, to a coating material composition subjected to color matching, containing a luster pigment, and is capable of preventing a black stain in scumbling.
