PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel device which enables a position of a panel receiving seat of a supporting leg to be easily set without the need for turning and adjusting the panel receiving seat in accordance with a laying direction of a floor panel, and which enables the floor panel to be accurately laid in a state of prescribed disposition. SOLUTION: The supporting legs 12 are installed on a foundation floor surface 11, corner parts 13a of the floor panels 13 are supported on the panel receiving seats 16 of the supporting legs 12, and the floor panels 13 are laid at prescribed intervals S1 on the floor surface 11. A toric engaging protrusion 22 is formed on a top surface of the receiving seat 16 of the supporting leg 12. An arc-shaped engaging groove 31 capable of engaging with the engaging protrusion 22 is formed in the corner part 13a of the floor panel 13. Engagement of the engaging groove 31 with the engaging protrusion 22 makes the corner part 13a of the floor panel 13 supported in a prescribed position on the receiving seat 16 of the supporting leg 12.
