PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a driving operation by improving the operability of a shifting mechanism in a power agricultural machine that converts rotational power of a drive source in a continuously variable transmission and a stepped transmission to transmit it to a traveling part and a working part. SOLUTION: The stepped transmission is divided into a main speed change part for changing the transmission ratio of rotational power stepwise and a forward/reverse speed change part for changing the rotation direction of rotational power. A shift of the continuously variable transmission and a shift of the forward/reverse speed change part of the stepped transmission are triggered with a common operating element 32.
