PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure capable of maintaining constant waterproof performance of a joint groove, facilitating the construction work for replacing a wet waterproof material, and reducing cost even when the wet waterproof material is deteriorated with age and a surface of a groove wall face of the joint groove is formed to be rough, thereby reducing waterproof performance of a dry waterproof material, by forming a double watertight structure by arranging the wet waterproof material having high waterproof performance and the dry waterproof material preventing the occurrence of deterioration with age in the joint groove. SOLUTION: A side end fringe of an exterior member 1 constituting an external wall of a building is adjacent to a side end fringe of the other exterior member 1 adjacent to the exterior member 1 through the joint groove 2 opened on the outdoor side. The dry waterproof material 3 is arranged in a groove bottom part of the joint groove 2. Elastic fin pieces 3a provided at both ends of the dry waterproof material 3 come into contact elastically and mutually along opposing groove wall faces 2a of the joint groove 2. The wet waterproof material 4 is filled into the outdoor side of the dry waterproof material 3 in the joint groove 2.
