PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidifying method for collapsed sediment which can solidify the sediment deposited on a road in a short time after the sediment collapse as an emergency solidifying method for collapsed sediment. SOLUTION: Isocyanate and polyol are injected through a filling pipe 23 to the collapsed sediment 10 on a road 11 caused by the collapse of a mountain or cliff thereby creating a polymerization reaction in the collapsed sediment for scattering a polyurethane 12 in the collapsed sediment by which the collapsed sediment 10 can be solidified in a short time.
