ALC PANEL HAVING CURVED SURFACE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ALC panel having the curved surfaces whose front and rear surfaces are curved and which is made lightweight and has uniform strength on the whole. SOLUTION: This ALC panel 1 having the curved surfaces has such a structure that curved reinforcing bars 2 consisting of a plurality of horizontal bars 3 and a plurality of vertical bars 4 are buried almost in the central part of the panel 1 so that both sides of the panel 1 can be formed to have almost curved lines respectively and each of the front surface 1a and the rear surface 1b has the prescribed curvature.
