摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing heat exchangers reducing material costs and man-hours at the same time by using nickel-copper alloy solder that is capable of joining at nickel-brazing temperature for brazing. SOLUTION: Nickel solder is set inside the main body of a heat exchanger or at the brazing part in a high-temperature gas side with the large influence of corrosion due to the contact with EGR gas, and nickel-copper alloy solder is set outside the main body of the heat exchanger or the brazing part in a cooling water side with the small influence of corrosion, so as to braze the entire heat exchanger simultaneously for constitution.
