PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a method for producing milk component-containing beverage capable of retaining long-term emulsification stability. SOLUTION: This method for producing milk component-containing beverage comprises a step for sterilizing a milk component not containing an emulsifying agent, a step for sterilizing a beverage component not containing a milk component and containing the emulsifying agent and a step for mixing the milk component with the beverage component each sterilized in the above each step.
