SOLUTION: A box locker 17 for housing and keeping delivery merchandise is installed at the entrance of an apartment or in the station yard and equipment provided with a display screen 5, a computer function, the card reader of an IC card, a modem function, a gateway server function and a router is installed relatively near the box locker 17 as a portal post station.
