PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the work to arrange seats, and to improve usability. SOLUTION: A backrest 3 is mounted in a manner that the backrest 3 can be adjusted to incline to a horizontal state by a reclining device 40. The backrest 3 is formed to shift from a seated state to a state where the backrest 3 is bent at a middle, center shaft 44 for rotations found in the middle of the backrest 3. When the backrest 3 is bent by a locking device 45 for the backrest, using the middle, center shaft 44 for rotations as the center, operations of the reclining device 40 are restrained by a means 80 to restrain operations.
