PURPOSE: A manufacturing device for forming micro-cellular foam of a thermoplastic resin is provided to form foam with a foaming cell under 10 microns by forming foam under higher pressure than in a usual process. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing device for forming micro-cellular foam of a thermoplastic resin, a die(20) has a resin dispersion unit(21) to disperse a resin transferred from an extruder in the crosswise direction of the die; a first perforated unit(22) to perform micro-cellular foaming of the resin by giving pressure to the resin dispersed through the resin dispersion unit, contracting, and expanding; a second perforated unit(23) to prevent cellular foam from being occurred by holding the pressure of the resin passing through the first perforated unit; and a resin-forming unit(24) to form the resin passing through the second perforated unit, in the intended shape. Accordingly, foam with a foaming cell under 10 microns is formed.
