PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have desired processing executed for a signal put into an operating information relaying device by simple operation from the side of a game machine controlling device. SOLUTION: Information is received such as input signal name, delay mode, delay time, processing, etc., which is information on an input signal put in through an input terminal 540 set on the side of a game machine controlling device 100, and processing is given for the input signal put in through the input terminal 540 based on this received information, and then, desired processing can be executed for a signal put into an operating information relaying device 500 by simple operation from the side of the game machine controlling device 100.
