PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basin which is soft and safe, is highly resistant to staining, suppresses the propagation of bacteria and mold, generates the fragrance pleasant for users or the odor to repel uncomfortable insects and suppresses malodors. SOLUTION: A soft material consisting of a thermoplastic elastomer layer 5 containing microcapsules 7 in which material smaller in surface free energy than the thermoplastic elastomer, an aromatic, an inspect repellent agent and a deodorant are housed is laminated and integrated as a surface layer on a backup base material 3 consisting of a resin material, by which the surface of the basin is made soft and the stainproofing property thereof is made good. The clean basin is thus provided.
