摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance atomization of a coating material without wasteful scattering of the coating material due to increase of air current nor causing the dispersion of the coating particle with a large diameter attributed to disturbance of the air current. SOLUTION: Since the inner circumference Aa of the air current A becomes non-circular just like an outer face formed in an irregular diameter part 16 of a coating nozzle 10, the contact surface area of a coating material P becomes wide corresponding to the degree of formation ratio of the amorphous diameter part 16 as compared with the case the nozzle has a truly circular shape and granulation of the coating material P to be a fine particle is promoted. Since it is no need to increase the flow rate of the air current, vain scattering of the coating material can be avoided. Since the cross section of the outer circumference of the coating nozzle 10 is constant in the spraying direction, there is no probability that the coating material leaps in form of a particle with a large particle diameter attributed to the isolation of air current.
