PURPOSE: A crash pad transferring device for a vehicle which improves crash pad transferring workability is provided to correspond to a crash pad with various sizes and shapes per types of vehicle by applying a clamping pin which fits to the crash pad. CONSTITUTION: A crash pad transferring device for a vehicle comprises a loader body(10), a loader arm unit and a clamping pin rotation unit(30). The loader arm unit is installed on the both sides of the loader body. The loader arm unit moves side to side in the longitudinal direction of the loader body. The clamping pin rotation unit is installed in the loader arm unit. The clamping pin rotation unit comprises a plurality of clamping pins(31) corresponding to the crash pad. The clamping pin rotary unit is composed of a rotating block(33), a rotary cylinder(35) and a connection link unit(40).
