PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicidal sheet capable of solving a problem that conventional herbicidal structures have only a function of preventing propagation of weeds, etc., but they cannot reduce damages to the natural environment, such as the soil and ground water of plantation spaces, caused by disinfectants, rainwater contaminated by exhaust gas, etc. SOLUTION: This herbicidal sheet is formed into a two-layer sandwich structure so that a ceramic material or the like with a microbial community is inserted between two layers composed of woven and nonwoven fabrics, wherein the ceramic material or the like has a function of absorbing chemicals, etc., the microbial community is effective for improving water quality and treating malodors, and the woven and nonwoven fabrics are made of a polylactic acid resin, or the woven and nonwoven fabrics are made of polypropylene or the like. The sheet reduces the damages to the natural environment, such as the soil and ground water.
