PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-cut container for solid cosmetics whose container body can be repeatedly used by making a holding cylinder for storing solid cosmetics replaceable, while preventing the careless lid opening. SOLUTION: A holding cylinder 10 is fitted into a container body 1 in a way that the holding cylinder 10 can be removed if forced to do so. A holding plate 21 is fitted into the holding cylinder in a way that the holding plate 21 can be rotated and vertically moved within the holding cylinder. From the bottom of the holding plate 21, a female-screw cylinder 23 is suspended, into which a male-screw cylinder 31 is screwed. The lower portion of the male-screw cylinder 31 forms a cylindrical handle, part of which is exposed to outside through a control window 4. One of the foot plates, suspended on both sides from a top plate 41 that covers above an opening 3 of the container body, is mounted on the hollow wall surface so as to enable swinging, and detachably attached to the cylindrical handle 35 to form a careless-opening stopper.
