PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the heating of a part other than a cooking part and to efficiently perform cooking in a hot plate in which a cooking plate is freely attachably and detachably placed on a heater provided in a main body. SOLUTION: This cooking plate 3 to be placed on the heater is composed of an outer peripheral frame part 4 and a heat cooking part 5 attachable and detachable to/from the outer peripheral frame part. It is used in the state of mounting the heat cooking part 5 on the outer peripheral frame part 4, and by making a heater 2 support the heat cooking part 5, only the heat cooking part 5 is heated and the outer peripheral frame part 4 is not heated. It is preferable to prepare two or more kinds of the heat cooking part 5 and appropriately select and use one corresponding to the kind of cooking.
