PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to prevent shifts which is used for a comforter, can be manufactured easily, and can be attached and removed easily. SOLUTION: A strip-shaped body is laid across the comforter at the feet area of the bed and is fastened to a mattress B or a sheet C spread on the mattress. The strip-shaped body is made of an elastic rubber tape, and is laid across the bed widthwise and attached. The strip-shaped body is equipped with a tape element 2 to prevent widthwise shifts with allowance at the both ends and two tape elements 3 to prevent lengthwise shifts which have an end attached to the tape element 2 to prevent widthwise shifts lengthwise in a manner that the tape elements 3 can move and the other end with allowance.
