PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cat-repelling device for loading on a car easily placeable on the upper face of the bonnet or the like of a vehicle to effectively prevent damages to the upper surface due to walking of a cat. SOLUTION: A cat-repelling board 4 is formed by standing a number of tags 6 on the upper face of a base board 5, sucking disks 13 are furnished on the lower surface of the base board 5, and the sucking disks 13 are allowed to suck on the upper surface 1 of the bonnet, the upper surface 2 of the trunk room or the upper surface 3 of the roof. This enables that the base board 5 is supported on the upper surface 1 of the bonnet, the upper surface 2 of the trunk room or the upper surface 3 of the roof with a space between them.
