PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway wearing article hardly allowing a pad to deviate in a crotch of a wearer and preventing the leakage of the excretory substance from the crotch part of the wearer. SOLUTION: This throwaway wearing article 1A is provided with a pair of elastic leg circumference fastening bands 15 having the pad 11 positioned in its both-side edge parts 11c and extending in the leg circumference direction. A front edge part 15d of a first free part 15b of the leg circumference fastening band 15 and a rear end part 15e of a second free part 15c are connected to a trunk circumference side part 5 adjacent to the leg circumference opening 8 of the pants 2 and the central part 15a of the leg circumference fastening band 15 and the first and the second free parts 15b and 15c are in parallel to the leg circumference opening 8 of the pants 2 so as to be substantially formed into an annular shape.
