PURPOSE:To provide a light emitting diode which can be stably mounted on a printed board without causing unevenness in height, etc. CONSTITUTION:At least three lead wires 13, 14, and 15 are arranged in in-line states, with their one end sections being in a resin mold 20 in which LED chips 11 and 12 are buried, and the wires 13, 14, and 15 protruded from the mold 20 are alternately bent in opposite directions perpendicular to the in-line arranging direction (b) at prescribed length points (a). |
