PURPOSE: An opening and closing bracket for a filler lid is provided to improve filling efficiency of fuel by preventing a fuel gun from being contacted to the filler lid in filling a fuel tank during opening the filler lid. CONSTITUTION: A bracket for opening and closing a filler lid(100) is composed of a first filler lid bracket(210) having a molten part(211), an assembling hole and a lid rotating guide(213); a second filler lid bracket(220) having a combination hole, a fitting sill(222) and a filler lid rotating guide groove(223); and a fixing pin(400) inserted to the assembling hole and the combination hole for assembling the first filler lid bracket and the second filler lid bracket. The filler lid is opened with guiding the second filler lid bracket along a guide hole(310), and the lid rotating guide of the first filler lid bracket is turned around the fixing pin with moving along the filler lid rotating guide groove.
