PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a system and the processing efficiency by checking a name of a file and the file data in creating and storing the file for specific use. SOLUTION: An OPEN command-ready check part 11 starts a file name check module 21 prior to the opening processing and checks the number of the file. A WRITE command-ready check part 12 starts a check module (codes 22-25) by kind of the file prior to the writing processing, and checks a character level of the data. A CLOSE command-ready module 13 checks a character string corresponding to the data (by kind of the file) by the data check module (codes 22-25) prior to the close processing, and starts the evaluation module (codes 31-34) by kind of the file to calculate a distance (degree of separation) between the form of the data and the standard form and to record the same in a directory.
