SOLUTION: This digital broadcast receiving device 30 is configured to download software and/or data by receiving and demodulating a digital broadcast wave. When acquired a download program and the like, information indicating the fact is stored in a nonvolatile memory 14A. The digital broadcast receiving device 30 dial-up connects to a previously stored partner (facility of a manufacturer or the like) by using a modem 22, and transmits information indicating a download program is acquired/not acquired.
