<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security for a stored subject. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a center 1 and a storage box 2, functions 3, 4, 5 are provided to be communicated interactively between the center and the storage box, the system is provided with a means for determining that a situation concerned in the storage box is under a usual state or an abnormal state, and is provided with an input part, an output part, a memory part and central processing part in at least one of the center and the storage box. Whether detection and the determination of the abnormal state are true or not is authorized at least articially, a means for restoring the system to a system operated in an ordinary condition is provided when a command for restoring the system is input, excepting the case where they are true, and processing is carried out by a processing means provided in the storage box when the command for the restoration is not input.</p> |
