PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable multilayer ceramic capacitor which contrives the enhancement of its electrostatic capacity and miniaturization of the capacitor and can raise the adhesive strength of outer electrodes formed on the same side surface of the capacitor. SOLUTION: The multilayer ceramic capacitor is formed by stacking a plurality of capacitor bodies 1 which are provided with each capacitor element 1g formed by alternately stacking dielectric layers 9 and inner electrode layers 11. At least each pair of electrodes 1c and 1e is provided on one side surfaces of the element 1g, and alternately connected to the layers 11 in the direction of lamination of the layers 9. At the same time, the outer electrodes 1c and 1e of the plurality of the capacitor bodies 1 are formed on the same side surface of the multilayer ceramic capacitor.
