PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register and store documents, and reduce registration mistakes of drawings. SOLUTION: When registering and managing drawings and documents, a table, which specifies the drawings, is registered in an electronic drawing library part 11. Drawings and documents created at a user terminal are temporarily registered in the electronic drawing library part as temporarily-registered drawing data and temporarily-registered document data respectively. After the temporarily-registered drawing data and the temporarily-registered document data are examined and approved, the temporarily-registered drawing data and the temporarily-registered document data are registered in the electronic drawing library part as approved drawing data and approved document data respectively. In addition, predetermined items are attached to the approved drawing data and the approved document data, and then formally-registered drawing and document data are generated to be stored in the electronic drawing library part.
