SOLUTION: A server 3 clarifies the targets of a user 7 such as a desired occupation, a kind of occupation and qualifications desired to be acquired by the inputs of the user 7 with respect to a target confirmation menu 31, etc. Electronic personal history preparation 34 prepares a personal history while performing self-evaluation by the user 7 with respect to keywords (educational background, job history, desired kind of occupation, hobby, reason for aspiration, etc.), to items in a personal history. Written contents of the personal history are digitized to be an input to a proper diagnosis test 35, proper diagnosis is performed, problems, etc., of the current personal history are displayed as proper diagnosis results 37, and a personal history with higher percentage of completion is prepared. An electronic personal history 38 is registered in an electronic personal history database 17 and stored. |
