PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual space presenting device in which visual mismatching between a virtual space and a real space can be prevented without impairing the feelings of immersion. SOLUTION: The video of long-distance scenery is three-dimensionally presented with a wide field of view by polarizing filter parts 4a and 4b, a video projector 5 and a screen 6 and the video of short-distance scenery is presented by display parts 1a and 1b mounted on the head of an observer and half mirrors 2a and 2b. Corresponding to the video of a virtual object presented as video of short-distance scenery, light from the outside is shielded by shield parts 3a and 3b.
