PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output of an electric motor at a low cost and enhance the response without making many modifications to existing equipment. SOLUTION: The electric motor 22 having a small capacity is added to the existing main electric motor 20, and the electric motors 20 and 22 are controlled individually to enhance the response.
