PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of automatically winding a toroidal coil. SOLUTION: This winding device for manufacturing the toroidal coil comprises first and second jigs 4, 5 that are divided into two for accommodating a ring-shaped core 2, a spiral guide groove 11 formed between the ring-shaped core 2 and the first and second jigs 4, 5, and rollers 6 that pushe a wire 3 into the spiral guide groove 11.
