METHOD FOR CERTIFYING ARRIVAL AT LOCALE OF DISPATCHED WORKER AND MANAGING HIS OR HER ATTENDANCE IN DISPATCH SERVICE, AND SERVER SYSTEM FOR THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely certify arrival at a locale of a dispatched worker in dispatch services without requiring equipment of a time card or the like to manage his or her attendance in real time. SOLUTION: A card 1 to which a bar code capable of specifying the locale as the dispatch destination is attached is previously issued and is prepared at the locale, and the dispatched worker reads this card 1 by a portable telephone terminal equipment 2 with a bar code read function to transmit the bar code to a server 3 which a service enterpriser manages, when arriving at the locale, and thus arrival at the locale of the dispatched worker is recognized. A bar code which is attached to the card 1 and indicates at least one of the start and the end of work is read and transmitted, and the server takes in and manages its system time to manage attendance of the dispatched worker.
