PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rating system on driving capable of objectively evaluating the driving of a vehicle including a truck, a taxi, and a bus by utilizing a digital operation recorder. SOLUTION: The purpose is attained by acquiring and rating at least a speed and time as operation data 5111 recorded by the digital operation recorder 511 provided in the vehicle by a rating institution server 2 of a rating institution arranged for rating the content on the driving.
